The Leadership X Factor Project is a cross functional collaborative effort involving individuals and organizations interested in Leadership, Leadership Development, and Human Performance working in such settings as Law Enforcement, Military, Higher Education, Small Business, Fortune 500 Firms, Religion, and Medicine.
The goal of the Leadership X Factor Project is to study and define Leadership Presence (The Leadership X Factor) and its application across multiple leadership settings and environments. An early goal of the project is to define the traits that comprise Leadership Presence and develop a method and a tool to measure them.
